​​​Since 2014, he has been a partner of Go Capital Holding Limited, ​mainly focusing on Private Equities investment, primarily in leading technology in greater China and Israel.

(Philip) Mr. Chu Yin Kam, aged 68, is currently a director of an investment holding company. He was an independent non-executive director of IMS Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 8136), a GEM-listed company, from 22 December, 2017 to 24 January, 2021. He was the inaugural director of finance and administration of Our Hong Kong Foundation. He was the vice-president and chief financial officer of Wisdom Sports Group (stock code:1661), a mainboard-listed company, and a supervisor of the board of Hainan Airport Group Limited. Previously, he was a director of ARC Capital Partners Limited and the senior financial controller of Swire Group’s Trading Division companies in Taiwan and Korea.

 

Mr. Chu obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of New South Wales, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He was a councillor of the Hong Kong chapter of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

Haifeng Wu is the CEO of the Manager. Mr. Wu is also a director of Hongchen (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong in the Companies Registry with company number 2921843. Mr. Wu started his investment career with China United Securities Co., Ltd. in the 1990s and entered the Internet business in 2003. He successfully launched and sold early portal websites, including emem and jsjob. Mr. Wu entered into a physical store franchise combined with online management and sales model in 2006 and created a variety of cross-sales methods. Mr. Wu also launched Nanjing Bandao Photography Co., Ltd. In addition, Mr. Wu has worked with many investors from the United States, China, and South East Asia to participate in many investment projects led by the well-known private equity fund manager and assisted the personal equity fund manager with many tasks. In an investment and business career spanning many industries and decades, Mr. Wu has sharpened his skill in identifying quality investment opportunities both from participating in private equity investments and from his valuable experience of launching successful businesses and running into business operation difficulties and even failures in interactions. 

Mr. Wu studied at Zhejiang University, Beijing University, and Cognitio College (Hong Kong).
